The DCC+ is an energy management system specially designed to allow the connection of a charging station, or other types of load, to an electrical panel without affecting the charging calculation.

The little +? It connects to the HUB by RVE for multi-level energy management, protecting the entire electrical infrastructure of the building.

Monitors in real time the energy consumption of the condo’s electrical panel and the energy consumed, in amps, by the charging station;
Detects when total energy consumption exceeds 80% of the main circuit breaker’s capacity and temporarily cuts power to the charging station;
Automatically powers back up the charging station when the total consumption of the electrical panel is below 80% of its capacity for more than 15 minutes;
Monitors in real time the energy consumption of the condo’s electrical panel and the energy consumed, in amps, by the charging station;
The HUB monitors the main service, transformers or any other critical component;
Detects when total energy consumption exceeds 80% of the main circuit breaker’s capacity and temporarily cuts power to the charging station;
The HUB detects when the total energy consumption of the electrical infrastructure exceeds the predetermined maximum thres- hold, and modulates charging for all residents on an equitable basis;
Automatically powers back up the charging station when the total consumption of the electrical panel is below 80% of its capacity for more than 15 minutes;
Automatically powers back up the charging station when the HUB detects that total consumption is below the maximum threshold of the electrical infrastructure;
Optimizes charging sessions to ensure optimal and equitable energy distribution among all residents.
