An optimized solution for new buildings
The SMP+ excels in new buildings using 400 A or 600 A panels/transformers to supply electricity to multiple parking floors. Its design allows multiple SMP+ units to be installed on a single panel, each serving a separate floor.
This configuration significantly reduces infrastructure costs, avoids oversizing equipment, and maximizes the use of available electrical capacity without compromising safety or compliance with Quebec standards.
Multi-level load shedding in accordance with Quebec requirements

The HUB and its complementary modules, the SMP+ and DCC+, each incorporate an automatic protection system (commonly referred to as fail-safe or safety current) that cuts off the power supply in the event of a communication problem, software failure, or critical malfunction. This safety feature ensures that these circuits are considered inactive (0 A) in load calculations, thereby ensuring compliance with the Quebec Building Code. This protection works locally, without relying on an Internet connection, thanks to the HUB’s built-in intelligence.
