RVE supports the updated Québec Electrical Code

The Régie du bâtiment du Québec published an explanatory booklet in March 2022 on the interpretation of Chapter V, Electricity, of the Construction Code: a step in the right direction, according to RVE.

Recharge Véhicule Électrique (RVE), a North American leader in the design of energy management systems for electric vehicles, considers the modification by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec of the interpretation of Chapter V, Electricity, of the Construction Code to be a practical and future-proof addition. The update of the interpretation is intended to increase public safety with respect to the charging of electric vehicles in MURBs. The interpretation has also been adapted to new emerging technologies on the market in order to facilitate access to electric vehicle charging in all buildings.
